Born in 1962 in Chamalières (Puy-de-Dôme).

 

Graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Paris (1980). Upon graduation, KERDALO chose to express himself through illustration for the press at first, then through comics, publishing eight albums of remarkable quality with Casterman editions (under the name of Parcelier ).

 

In 1996, he chose to devote himself to painting and enjoyed growing success thanks to his innovative pictorial approach. Indeed, the work of Laurent KERDALO does not belong to any known phenomenon, it is perhaps appropriate to invent for him the theme of Modern Impressionism, to qualify this new pictorial approach.
